MEIJIN network workstation is a professional high-performance supercomputer designed to work with large data arrays in the MathWorks MATLAB package. Built using an eight-core 22nm (Haswell-E core) Intel Core i7 Extreme 5960X processor running at 3.0GHz. The processor has a 20MB L3 cache and supports 64-bit applications. At the heart of the computer is a motherboard with an Intel X99 chipset. The highest performance in computing tasks is provided by: NVIDIA TESLA K80 computing processor (4992 CUDA cores, 24GB GDDR5, memory bandwidth of 480 Gbit / s, having a performance of up to 2.91 Tflops in double precision operations and up to 8.74 Tflops in single precision operations), graphics NVIDIA Quadro K2200 card and 64GB DDR4 memory with quad-channel architecture and 17000 MB/sec bandwidth. A 4TB RAID 1 (mirror) disk array guarantees data safety. The system is equipped with a versatile BD-RW that plays and burns Blu-ray, DVD and CD discs. The built-in gigabit network card allows you to connect the supercomputer to a local network. The 64-bit Microsoft Windows 10 operating system is installed on a fast 256GB SSD.

3. Software and hardware complex
There are the main elements of the experimental complex (small-sized antenna, high-speed ADC, transmitter, receiver, computer complex) created to implement the proposed project, which will allow modeling, generating, emitting and receiving complex code-modulated signals. This equipment allows you to conduct experiments on data transmission using special algorithms and programs developed by the author. On this hardware-software complex, algorithms for capturing, compressing and recording a stream of frames can be worked out and a protocol has been developed for the exchange of information received from a small aircraft, both between carriers of on-board equipment, and between a carrier and a ground control and processing station.
